Work Shield Upgrades Headquarters to Support Growth

Work Shield Upgrades Headquarters to Support Growth

Here at Work Shield, we are growing at a record-breaking pace! To accommodate our growth and to continue to provide the best solution to our clients, we upgraded our headquarters and moved into The Crescent in Uptown Dallas. With the new 4,500-square-foot office, we plan to double our excellent team by the end of 2021. Our client base is also growing at a record rate, with 90% client expansion in Q1 2021, plus an additional 50% anticipated growth in Q2. While this is an exciting milestone, this move represents just one step of our growth and expansion strategy.

Work Shield’s latest expansion is a testament to a heightened commitment from companies to prioritize DEI initiatives that create positive and inclusive workplace cultures for all. Jared Pope, CEO and founder of Work Shield, shared his thoughts on the decision to relocate, as well as his upcoming goals for the company, noting that “Work Shield experienced exponential growth last year, and we are committed to continuing the groundwork necessary to bring our solution to even more Work Shield-certified organizations in 2021.”

We are very excited for what this next chapter at The Crescent represents for our company, and we look forward to establishing deep roots in Dallas, while also serving our clients nationwide. To learn more about the move and Work Shield’s strategic growth, check out the full announcement here.
